Shipping & Delivery Policy

• We are shipping across India through reliable courier services with free of cost. The courier charges will be borne by the customer in case of return.
• Orders are delivered within 0-7 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
• Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at tejaswinitexmarketing@gmail.com within an hour, of placing the order.
• All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If there is a requirement for the products to be shipped to more than one shipping address, then please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.
• All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered, please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition.
• There might be delays due to unavoidable circumstances which would be beyond our control including festivals, holidays, lockouts, etc. No refund or returns will be entertained during such times.
